Pasta with leftover chicken and sugar snap peas – 11 January 2011

D uses up leftovers and overstocks so wonderfully! He cut up what was left of the chicken breasts, and included both those and some sugar snap peas from the “on their way out, buy a lot for 99 cents” bags at the Bowl. It was an excellent meal.

I don’t have a wine photo for this dinner, so I think it is one with leftover wines, which would make sense. Have to have them sometime…
